ISO COORDINATOR

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented ISO Coordinator to join our team at 5E Resources Sdn. Bhd., Pasir Gudang, Johor. The candidate will assist in maintaining ISO documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and supporting ISO audits.

What you'll be doing

• Develop, implement and maintain ISO management systems and processes across the organisation
• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards and identify areas for improvement
• Provide training and guidance to employees on ISO requirements and best practices
• Continually review and update ISO documentation to ensure it reflects current processes and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to ISO compliance
• Responsible for executing and documenting internal ISO Audits, plan internal audits for ISO compliance, analyzing and reporting internal audit findings to the management during management review.
• Responsible in coordinating, preparing and leading ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification body for certification renewal process & surveillance.
• Coordinating, preparation and attending to external audit with supplier/ customer for ISO compliance.
• Representing the Company in all matters related to ISO.

Required Qualifications / Experience

• Candidates must possess Diploma or Degree in Administration; environmental science or related discipline.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and result oriented with ability to meet the deadline.
• Good communication skills at least in English and Bahasa Malaysia language for both spoken and written.
• Experienced and Competent as ISO Lead auditor is an advantage.
