Job highlights

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science/Quality Management with 3-8 years in ISO/Quality/Management Systems, strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and audit experience
• Coordinate ISO management system implementation and maintenance, manage audits and documentation, conduct training, track non-conformities, support continuous improvement and management reviews

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation and maintenance of ISO Management Systems across functions.
• Maintain ISO documentation, procedures, work instructions and records.
• Coordinate internal and external ISO audits, including preparation and follow-up.
• Track Non-Conformities (NCs), ensure timely closure.
• Conduct awareness/training sessions on ISO requirements and procedures with the Team.
• Prepare and Maintain compliance with defined processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with various departments for audit document preparation and compliance requirements.
• Maintain the ISO audit calendar, reports, records and management review documentation.
• Support Management Review Meetings and follow up on action points.
• Ensure effective document control and timely revision of controlled documents.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Science / Quality Management or relevant discipline.
• 3-8 years of experience in ISO / Quality / Management Systems, preferably in manufacturing or chemical industry.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001; knowledge of ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 will be an advantage.
• Experience in internal audits, External Audit documentation and compliance.
• Good communication, coordination and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
