ISO Full Time and Subcon Auditor

About the role

We are ACube TIC, an ISO Certification Body, seeking experienced Full-Time and Subcontract ISO Auditors to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting comprehensive ISO audits, evaluating organizations’ compliance with applicable international standards, and ensuring that the highest quality and professional standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ISO audits in accordance with applicable international standards, certification requirements, and company procedures.
• Plan, prepare, and execute audits effectively based on the assigned audit scope and objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of clients’ management systems and determine conformity with applicable ISO standards.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and comprehensive audit reports documenting audit findings, observations, and nonconformities.
• Communicate audit findings professionally and objectively to clients and relevant stakeholders.
• Review corrective actions and supporting evidence submitted by clients, as required.
• Maintain complete and accurate audit records and documentation.
• Ensure all audit activities are conducted with professionalism, impartiality, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Keep updated with changes and developments in relevant ISO standards, certification requirements, and auditing practices.
• Coordinate with the Certification and Operations Teams regarding audit schedules, reports, and other audit-related requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Lead Auditor Course certificate for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or other ISO standards.
• Experience in conducting ISO audits.
• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, hospitals, construction, or government is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant ISO standards.
• Knowledge of audit procedures, documentation, and report writing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify nonconformities and compliance gaps.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel for audit assignments.
