ISO MR ASSISTANT

• Assist the Management Representative (MR) in the company’s ISO Management System in compliance with applicable ISO standards and company procedures.
• Prepare, control, update, and maintain ISO documents, records, procedures, work instructions, and related documentation.
• Coordinate and monitor document control activities to ensure all documents are properly reviewed, approved, distributed, and archived.
• Support the planning and execution of internal and external ISO audits, including audit preparation, scheduling, and follow-up actions.
• Assist in monitoring corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure of audit findings and non-compliance issues.
• Liaise with different departments to ensure implementation and compliance with ISO requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in conducting staff training and awareness programs related to ISO standards, quality management systems, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare management review reports, audit reports, meeting minutes, and other ISO-related reports and presentations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in ISO documentation, quality assurance, or related field.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiar with ISO Management Systems and documentation procedures will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive working attitude.
