What they need
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or any related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, or related functions
- Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and document control procedures
- Experience in conducting internal audits is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments
