ISO Officer

Responsibilities

• Document control ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 Certification
• Responsible ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 System
• Conduct ISO 9001 & ISO14001 &ISO45001 Internal audits in the company
• Coordinate and support certified for external audit activity
• Training ISO system for new staff
• Monthly audit system and meeting for every construction project
• Do the document and any report of Safety & Environmental Department requirements
• Ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards, legal requirements, and company procedures.
• Prepare, control, and maintain documented information and records.
• Monitor the effectiveness of processes and report performance to management.
• Support management reviews and continual improvement activities.
• Communicate ISO requirements to relevant departments and personnel
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• ISO requirement (ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001) and Internal Auditor Certificate
• Good English skills in writing and speaking
• Microsoft Office
• Photoshop program (would be receiving special consideration)
