Job Description:

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.
• Plan, conduct, and report internal quality audits.
• Support external certification audits, customer audits, and regulatory assessments.
• Track audit findings, non-conformances, CAPAs, and closure effectiveness.
• Participate in management reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop, review, update, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), Process Flowcharts, and Quality Manuals.
• Coordinate document reviews and approvals with process owners.
• Ensure procedures accurately reflect current business processes and compliance requirements.
• Drive periodic review cycles to keep documentation current and effective.
• Monitor adherence to quality procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Conduct employee training on QMS requirements, SOPs, Work flow and document control procedures.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 3 to 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, ISO Auditing, Quality Systems, or Document Control.
• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, automotive, medical device, or related industries is preferred.

Preferred Certifications

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor Certification
• ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
• Six Sigma Green Belt
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience in conducting internal and external audits.
• Hands-on experience with SOP development and document control processes.
• Knowledge of CAPA, NCR, 8D, 5-Why, FMEA, and risk management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
