ISO Quality Coordinator (Engineering/Manufacturing) | Morning Shift

• Australian Client (Shift: 7AM-4PM PHT)
• On-site (BGC, Taguig | Near Market Market)

What You'll Do

• Prepare, update, and maintain ISO documentation, including policies, procedures, manuals, forms, and registers
• Review client information and identify missing documents or compliance gaps
• Support ISO audit preparation by organizing evidence, preparing checklists, and maintaining audit records
• Track corrective actions, non-conformances, risks, and compliance activities
• Maintain document control, version history, and organized client files
• Assist consultants with project coordination and documentation updates
• Ensure all documents are accurate, consistent, and aligned with client requirements
• Support continuous improvement of templates, registers, and internal processes

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, ISO Compliance, Quality Systems, Document Control, Compliance, or Audit Support
• Experience working in manufacturing, engineering, construction, civil, chemical processing, or similar technical industries
• Basic understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or other management systems
• Strong written English and document preparation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Comfortable using cloud-based tools such as Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive, Trello, or similar platforms

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
• ISO Internal Auditor training or certification
• Experience preparing SOPs, policies, procedures, or management system documentation
• Experience supporting ISO certification or internal audits
