JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least a High School Graduate.
• Preferably with experience as a Document Controller (DCC) in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to document accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Good communication and coordination skills for handling document flow across various departments.
• Willing to start as soon as possible.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain, organize, and control company documents in accordance with established document control procedures.
• Ensure that all controlled documents are accurate, updated, properly maintained, and compliant with applicable ISO standards.
• Manage the distribution, retrieval, filing, and archiving of documents while ensuring proper version control.
• Coordinate with various departments regarding document revisions, approvals, updates, and records management.
• Monitor document compliance and provide support during internal and external quality audits.
