- Assist the IMR/DIMR in the implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Coordinate IMS programs, meetings, orientations, and training activities.
- Prepare and monitor internal and supplier audits, including audit findings, 8D reports, corrective actions, and verification of effectiveness.
- Assist in reviewing and revising IMS procedures and maintaining controlled documents and records.
- Consolidate and monitor section Objectives, Targets, and Programs (OTP), including corrective actions for unmet targets.
- Prepare Management Review reports and provide necessary support during internal and external audits.
- Perform document control functions, including filing, distribution, updating, and retrieval of IMS documents and records.
