ISTO Engineer

ISTO Engineers: Forsspac is recruiting ISTO Engineers to familiarize, identify and monitor all systems and equipment to be commissioned in the project. Must be able to monitor the MEPF handover package until project reaches project completion and handover of the systems. Must be willing to work on site, in and outside Metro Manila.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming/outgoing data and documents
• Submit processing including final quality checks protocols registration and tracking of all T&C documents
• Coordinate discrepancies regarding Operation and Maintenance Manual
• Track progress report against the detailed schedule
• Maintain and familiarize with current T&C operation specifications and procedures
• Assist the Senior ISTO Engineer to ensure proper management of the documents that meets client’s expectation & satisfaction
• Assist the Senior ISTO Engineer to ensure that timeline for submission of Monthly Reports and Weekly S-Curves are met

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years progressive work experience in documentation
• Proficient in both oral and written communication
• Computer Literate (Word / Excel/ Powerpoint)
• College graduate, Preferably Engineering course
• Able to work well with other office staff

Workplace

• Hours of work depending on site requirements with Saturday work as needed (44 hours a week)
• Must be willing to be assigned in any project inside and outside Metro Manila

Remuneration (Per month)

• Salary range Php 20,000 to Php 30,000 depending upon skills
• Immediate start. Project-based contract
