Job Summary
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented IT Admin & Support Officer to join our IT team. The role mainly covers IT administration: keeping IT records, documents and assets in order, asset tagging, and procurement coordination. It also includes first-level IT support for users. It suits someone who enjoys keeping things organised, is eager to learn IT, and likes helping people.
Key Responsibilities
IT administration and records
File, scan, name and save documents in the company file server and SharePoint, following the company's file naming conventions.
Tag IT assets: print and apply asset labels and QR or barcode stickers, and keep the asset register up to date.
Maintain records for IT assets, software licences, subscriptions and user access, and help with stock-takes and periodic audits.
Track renewals for licences, warranties, domains, telco lines and subscriptions, and flag them before they expire.
Prepare quotations, purchase requests and delivery coordination, and check vendor invoices against POs and DOs.
Maintain IT documentation such as SOPs, checklists, ticket logs and the knowledge base.
Manage IT consumables such as toner, cables and peripherals, and keep the IT store organised.
IT support
Act as first point of contact for user IT issues, including hardware, software, printers, connectivity and peripherals, and log every request in the ticket system.
Set up and deploy laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices.
Create, modify and terminate user accounts and email in Microsoft 365, under supervision.
Support onboarding and offboarding, including equipment issuance and return, account provisioning and deactivation, and acknowledgement forms.
Do first-level checks on Wi-Fi, network, backup and printing issues, and escalate to the IT Manager or vendors where needed.
Assist with patching and endpoint security tasks under supervision.
Liaise with vendors on repairs, warranty claims and support cases.
Take on other IT and admin tasks and projects assigned by the IT Manager.

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma, NITEC or Higher NITEC in IT, Business Administration, Office Administration or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome. About 1 year of admin or IT support experience is an advantage.
Comfortable with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and OneDrive, and with Windows.
Basic knowledge of PCs, printers and networking is a plus. Training will be provided.
Skills & Attributes
Organised and meticulous, with strong attention to detail in records and data entry.
Service-oriented and patient, with good communication skills.
