What We Looking For

We are looking for an IT Support professional to join our IT team. In this role, you will play a key role in monitoring system performance, troubleshooting user and system incidents, supporting application deployments, and ensuring smooth operation across our web applications and digital platforms.

You will work closely with internal engineering teams, data/infrastructure specialists, and external vendors to analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain high system reliability.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor system, application, dashboard, and integration performance.
• Handle and troubleshoot user and system-related incidents, performing initial issue analysis and basic data validation.
• Monitor application processes, reports, data synchronization, and system integrations.
• Support application deployment, system updates, testing, and user access management.
• Escalate complex issues to Developer, Data, Infrastructure, or external vendors when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues effectively.
• Identify recurring issues and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and preventive actions.
• Maintain IT tickets, incident records, technical documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
• Prepare periodic IT support and incident reports.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support, Application Support, or System Operations.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot basic application logic and source code.
• Good understanding of databases and basic SQL queries.
• Familiarity with API, REST, JSON, and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience reading application logs and using basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with software development processes such as testing, deployment, and version control.
• Experience supporting web-based applications, dashboards, or digital platforms (Experience in Fintech, Banking, or Digital Platforms is preferred).
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, Java, Python, JavaScript, Go, or similar is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken (able to read technical documentation and communicate with external vendors).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, with a strong willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple issues under pressure.
