IT Admin Staff

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining and supporting the end users, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network system. This role involves technical issues, providing end-user support, and contributing on IT projects initiatives to enrich the organization’s technology framework.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide on-site support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

2. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.

3. Monitor and maintain network performance and security.

4. Familiarity with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft office, Google docs)

5. Strong troubleshooting technical issues

6. Installing applications and software upgrades

7. Manage IT inventory, including procurement, tracking, and disposal of equipment.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, , or equivalent

2. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

3. At least 1 year working experience in the related field.

4. Willing to work in Velez St. corner Mabini St., CDO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
