What they need
Responsibilities:
- Installation and troubleshooting of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
- Installation and uninstallation of software on Windows, Linux, and Apple systems.
- System domain joining and deployment of security tools.
- Implementing performance improvements for end user devices.
- Providing remote support for users outside the office premises.
- Hardware and software record update and periodic reconciliation.
- Audit support
- Supporting meeting room audio visual setups.
- Assisting with testing lab configurations.
- Preparing desktops and laptops in bulk for training sessions or new joiners.
- Providing hands on support for the installation and configuration of network devices.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree.
- Minimum one year of IT support experience working with corporate customers.
- Strong knowledge of remote support tools and procedures.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Ready to travel
