IT Administrator

Administer, maintain, and monitor Windows and/or Linux servers.
Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Manage user accounts, permissions, email services, and access rights using Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Monitor network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, patches, and software deployments.
Maintain backup and disaster recovery systems to ensure business continuity.
Monitor system performance and proactively resolve infrastructure issues.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity problems.
Provide first and second-level technical support to end users.
Implement and maintain endpoint security solutions, antivirus software, and security policies.
Assist in managing virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Maintain IT asset inventory and software license records.
Support cloud-based services and applications where applicable.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, software support, and telecommunications services.
Document IT procedures, configurations, and technical standards.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and data protection requirements
