IT Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive IT Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless system operations, network security, and efficient technical support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain servers, systems, and network infrastructure
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and applications
• Provide technical support to end-users
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control (Active Directory)
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and security
• Implement and manage data backup and recovery processes
• Handle network security, firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint protection
• Support email systems (Office 365 / Outlook) and collaboration tools
• Maintain IT assets, licenses, and documentation
• Coordinate with external vendors for procurement and issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and related field certification
• 2 to 5 years of experience in IT administration or system support
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments
• Understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services
• Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
