IT Administrator

Role Overview

We are hiring an IT Administrator to support access management and day-to-day internal IT needs for employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee access across internal tools, systems, and applications
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, permission changes, and account provisioning
• Provide internal IT support to employees across hardware, software, email, and collaboration tools
• Troubleshoot access issues, login problems, MFA, device setup, and basic network concerns
• Maintain IT documentation, access logs, and support tickets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure secure and timely access management
• Follow security best practices for user permissions and data protection

Requirements

• Prior experience in IT administration, helpdesk, or internal IT support
• Experience with access management, user provisioning, and employee support
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, VPN, MDM, or similar platforms
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to support employees during the US shift
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
