Mustafa Developers is looking for a skilled and dependable IT Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations, systems, networks, hardware, and technical support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, servers, and network infrastructure
• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network connectivity
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications
• Manage user accounts, access rights, backups, and data security
• Monitor IT equipment and ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain IT inventory and asset records
• Support CCTV, biometric attendance, and other technology systems where required
• Ensure regular data backup and basic cybersecurity practices
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant IT administration experience
• Good knowledge of Windows, networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting
• Experience with routers, switches, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, and basic server administration
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and provide timely technical support

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
