What they need
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science
· 2–5 years of relevant experience
Basic knowledge of:
· Networking and VLAN concepts
· Hardware and printer troubleshooting
· Windows OS and basic server handling
· Good communication and troubleshooting skills
Key Responsibilities
· Provide first-level support for HIS users
· Handle hardware and printer troubleshooting (AMC escalation when required)
· Monitor network performance and connectivity issues
· Assist in VLAN configuration and basic network management
· Perform server monitoring and basic maintenance tasks
· Support IT security monitoring and user access management
· Maintain inventory of IT assets
· Provide end-user training and support
Preferred
· Experience in hospital or healthcare IT environment
· Certifications like CCNA / Hardware & Networking
Work Location: In person
