IT Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot basic network, internet, email, and system issues.
• Assist employees with IT-related problems and technical requests.
• Maintain IT equipment, inventory, and technical records.
• Coordinate with customers for pre-sales and after sales support.
• Coordinate with Technicians to follow up projects.
• Preparing project plan and execution.
• Coordinate with sales and accounts department.
• Invoicing and cost estimation.
• Logistics and inventory for IT products.
• Level 1 support to end users.

Requirements:

• Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID.
• Able to transfer sponsorship
• Can start immediately
• Male Asian Preferably
• With minimum 2 years experience on the same field
• Locally available in Qatar
• Must have Qatar Driving License
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in IT support or a similar role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, printers, and basic networking.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
