IT ADNIN & SUPPORT

Position: IT Support / IT Administrator

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees.
• Manage laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and user accounts.
• Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, internet, and system issues.
• Coordinate with Etisalat and other IT/service providers when required.
• Manage user access, permissions, backups, and basic cybersecurity requirements.
• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Maintain IT assets and inventory.
• Support meeting rooms, video conferencing, and office IT systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for servers, network, and other IT-related requirements.

Requirements:

• Relevant IT qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of IT support / system administration experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
