IT Analyst / Assistant

Job Objectives

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Analyst / IT Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain IT equipment, and ensure the smooth operation of the Company's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related concerns.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV systems, and other IT equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of IT devices.
• Assist in network setup, structured cabling, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Monitor and maintain IT assets, ensuring systems are secure and operational.
• Respond promptly to service requests and document technical issues and resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in IT technical support or a similar role.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, printers, CCTV systems, networking, and structured cabling.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel to company sites when necessary.
