Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the relevant role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage
Able to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to identify requirements
- Analyze business processes and propose system improvements
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and user needs
