IT Analyst

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Analyst to support NASD’s technology infrastructure and provide data-driven insights for decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with analytical skills to ensure our IT systems are efficient, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Your role would include:

• Monitoring, maintaining, and improving IT systems, networks, and applications.
• Conducting analysis on IT operations to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions.
• Installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and software.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting to staff.
• Ensuring data security, backup, and disaster recovery protocols are maintained.
• Preparing IT reports and dashboards for management review.
• Supporting the development and implementation of IT-related projects.
• Staying updated with emerging technologies and recommending relevant tools or processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of a strong Second-Class Lower (2:2) or higher, with a CGPA of 3.0 and above.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) will be an added advantage..

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
