IT Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyse requirements and translate them into features for digital applications and products
• Conduct quality checks to ensure applications meet functional and user requirements
• Engage with stakeholders, coordinate with partners, and drive alignment to achieve project outcomes
• Manage stakeholder expectations, collaborate with development teams to deliver on commitments, and ensure a high standard of user satisfaction
• Provide technical support for product demonstrations, capacity-building workshops, and outreach activitie

Qualification

• Masters or Bachelors degree in computer applications or a related field
• Skill Set
• Strong understanding of web application architecture, development lifecycle, and digital technologies
• Ability to gather and analyse stakeholder requirements and translate them into application features
• Working knowledge of application deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes
