What they need
We’re looking for an IT Analyst with a background in Programming/Software Development to join our client team in Insurance field.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT Analysis / System Analysis, with a background in Programming / Software Development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to gather and analyze business and system requirements
- Experienced in system analysis, application flow, and technical documentation especially ERD
- Familiar with SQL and database
- Able to communicate and coordinate with users and technical teams
- Willing to work from office
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system requirements
- Analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with users, developers, and other stakeholders
- Prepare system specifications, documentation, and process flows
- Support system development, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting
