Job Summary

Responsible for delivering high-quality customer service by managing customer interactions across multiple channels, resolving inquiries efficiently, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing insights to enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage customer inquiries across voice and digital channels; assist with product, order, and service-related requests; maintain complete and accurate interaction records; follow approved workflows and escalation procedures; identify recurring issues and share observations with the supervisor.

Skill Requirements

Strong communication and active-listening skills;

Customer empathy;

Working knowledge of customer-service processes;

Accurate documentation;

Multitasking and time management;

Issue identification and appropriate escalation

Fluent in Romanian and English.
