IT & Admin Executive

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and assist in resolving hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, software and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain the company’s IT systems, network and internet connectivity.
• Assist in managing user accounts, access rights and IT security.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and provide technical support to users.
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory and records of hardware and software.
• Assist in implementing IT projects, system upgrades and new technologies.
• Liaise with external IT vendors or service providers when required.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and common IT applications.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to learn new technologies and IT systems.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Relevant internship or practical experience in IT will be an added advantage.
