About the role
Act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, including designing and developing simple to intermediate applications. Develop and maintain internal applications, dashboards, or web/mobile-based tools to improve work efficiency. Perform automation of manual processes using scripts or specific tools. Collaborate with IT teams or vendors in developing more complex systems. Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and performance improvements for applications in use. Manage and ensure integration between systems (API, database, cloud services) runs smoothly. Create technical documentation and system development reports.
Key responsibilities

About you
- Minimum S1 education in IT field (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field)
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as IT Administrator or IT Support, particularly in application development (web/mobile)
- Proficient in at least one programming language (for example: Python, JavaScript, or PHP) and understand database concepts (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Understand basic software development lifecycle (SDLC), API integration, and automation tools
- Experience in creating internal applications, dashboards, or automation tools is an added value
- Very good communication skills, proactive, and able to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Able to multitask, detail-oriented, and maintain data confidentiality
