As we continue to expand our digital business capabilities, we are looking for a motivated IT / Digital Solutions Intern to support our website, e-commerce platform, AI automation projects, and digital marketing activities.

Located within walking distance (less than 100m) from IOI Puchong Jaya LRT Station, our office offers a convenient and accessible working environment for students seeking practical experience in IT, digital technology, AI, and e-commerce.

Job Description

As an IT & Digital Solutions Intern, you will gain practical experience in website management, e-commerce operations, AI tools, business process automation, digital content management, and social media platforms.

You will work closely with the management and business development team to develop and maintain digital solutions that support Miheda's sales, marketing, customer service, and business operations.

This is an opportunity for students who are interested in IT, AI, e-commerce, web development, automation, and digital business to gain hands-on experience in a real business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain the company website and e-commerce platform.
• Manage product information, images, datasheets, and online listings.
• Assist in developing AI tools and automation for quotation, ordering, inventory, and other business processes.
• Support website improvement and basic troubleshooting.
• Manage and organise marketing videos, photos, and digital content.
• Assist in managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Create and update digital marketing content.
• Research and explore new AI and digital tools to improve business efficiency.
• Provide basic IT and software support when required.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Digital Technology, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Interested in AI, IT, e-commerce, and digital technologies.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Power Automate or other automation tools
• Excel / Google Sheets
• Canva / graphic design
