IT & ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

We are looking for a licensed Electrical Engineer with strong IT and technical infrastructure knowledge to support the Company’s technology systems, electrical facilities, network infrastructure, security systems, and business continuity requirements.

The position will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, security, and continuous operation of the Company’s IT and electrical infrastructure across its office and business locations. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in electrical systems, IT infrastructure, networking, CCTV, access control, power backup systems, and technical troubleshooting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot the Company’s IT, electrical, network, and technical infrastructure.

● Oversee electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, outlets, circuit protection, and other electrical installations within Company premises.

● Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of UPS, generators, surge protection, and other backup power systems.

● Manage and maintain computer hardware, servers, network equipment, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and related IT infrastructure.

● Monitor and support CCTV, access control, biometric systems, alarm systems, and other electronic security systems.

● Coordinate with external IT providers, contractors, electricians, telecommunications providers, and equipment suppliers when specialized technical services are required.

● Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance of IT and electrical equipment and facilities.

● Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security, data protection, system access controls, and backup procedures.

● Support the Company’s business continuity and disaster recovery plans, particularly those involving power failure, network disruption, system downtime, and other technical emergencies.

● Maintain an updated inventory of IT equipment, electrical equipment, network devices, and other technical assets.

● Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, incident reports, and recommendations for repairs, upgrades, or replacement of equipment.

● Assist in the planning and implementation of office expansions, branch installations, renovations, network setups, and electrical projects.

● Ensure that electrical and technical installations comply with applicable safety standards, building requirements, and relevant Philippine regulations.

● Work closely with management and other departments to identify technology and infrastructure requirements that support efficient lending operations.

● Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to employees when necessary.

● Perform other IT, electrical, engineering, and technical duties that may be assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

● Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) in the Philippines.

● Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

● Preferably with 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, electrical systems, facilities engineering, or technical operations.

● Experience in a financial services, lending, banking, or corporate environment is an advantage.

● Knowledge of:

○ Network infrastructure and troubleshooting

○ Computer hardware and software

○ CCTV and access control systems

○ Servers, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems

○ UPS, generators, and backup power systems

○ Electrical distribution and safety systems

○ Preventive maintenance and facilities management

○ IT security and data backup

● Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

● Able to coordinate effectively with contractors, suppliers, service providers, and internal departments.

● Willing to conduct site inspections and provide technical support at Company offices or branches when required.

● Must be organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
