Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess current-state manual processes within IT & Operations
- Map and document process flows to identify automation opportunities
- Define and propose automation and digitalization solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and priorities
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of automated solutions
Required Skills / Field of Study:
- Process analysis and documentation (e.g. process mapping, SOP)
- Knowledge of automation and digitalization concepts (RPA workflow tools, system enhancement)
- Basic understanding of IT systems and operations
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Stakeholder communication and coordination skills
