IT and Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, develop project plans, and track progress against milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks, negotiate with vendors, and manage vendor relationships to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure effective communication among stakeholders through regular status updates, meetings, and reports.
• Develop and implement project management strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Analyze project performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• Strong understanding of Business Requirement Analysis (BRA) principles for defining project scope and objectives.
• Proven expertise in Quality Assurance processes for ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Experience with Risk Management techniques for identifying potential issues early on.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
