IT and Server Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated IT literate professional who can manage in-house IT assets and systems, manage software projects and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset, helping us maintain robust IT operations and deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software, scripts and automation to improve efficiency.
• Manage and maintain IT assets, including hardware, software licenses and peripherals, with proper lifecycle planning.
• Manage and support the Company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, workstations, security and backups.
• Plan and manage software and IT projects.
• Provide IT recommendations and support Management in technology decisions.
• Manage IT vendors, costs and future technology requirements.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering and a closely related field.
• Experience in IT hardware, software and network support.
• Basic knowledge of IT asset management and inventory.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and proposals.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with different departments.
• Good understanding of project management; experience with project management tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and explore new ICT technologies.
