KEY ROLES

Junior Software Developer

• Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects.

IT Support Specialist

• Provide first-level technical support to end users.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices.

• Document incidents and resolutions.

Systems/Network Administrator

• Maintain and monitor servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.

• Manage system performance, backups, and security.

• Support cloud-based and on-premise environments.

• Implement and document IT processes and procedures.

QA Tester / Quality Assurance Analyst

• Execute manual and/or automated test cases.

• Identify, document, and track software defects.

• Validate product functionality against requirements.

• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues.

• Participate in test planning and quality improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience

• Relevant internships, projects, certifications, or equivalent experience are highly valued.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern development tools.

• Familiarity with Git, DevOps practices, or CI/CD pipelines.
