IT & Software Solutions Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Understand and support the software and digital solutions offered by Jagmaya Digital Solutions.
• Assist in software implementation, configuration, onboarding and day-to-day client support.
• Provide basic software demonstrations and explain features to prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with software vendors/development partners for implementation, customization, technical issues and client requirements.
• Assist clients in using software applications and resolve basic operational queries.
• Maintain client data, software records, implementation status, support requests and follow-up reports.
• Work efficiently on MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Email, PDF and other office/digital applications.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, product information and software-related documentation.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, schools, financial professionals, businesses and other clients for software requirements and support.
• Assist in website, CRM, ERP, mobile application and other digital-solution related activities.
• Conduct software demonstrations and client visits whenever required.
• Coordinate between clients, internal team and technology partners to ensure smooth implementation and service.
• Learn new software products and digital tools introduced by the company.
• Support other technology-enabled office and operational activities whenever required.

Preferred candidate profile

THIS POSITION IS CURRENTLY OPEN FOR FEMALE CANDIDATES.

Graduate with good practical knowledge of computers and software applications.

• BCA, B.Sc. IT, B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Tech CS/IT or candidates with relevant computer qualifications will be preferred.
• 03 years of experience in IT Support, Software Support, Software Implementation, Customer Support, CRM/ERP or similar roles preferred.
• Freshers with strong practical computer skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
• Good practical knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Email, Internet and PDF handling.
• Ability to understand new software applications quickly and explain them to clients in a simple manner.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with clients through meetings, phone calls, WhatsApp, email and online demonstrations.
• Basic understanding of websites, mobile applications, CRM/ERP or cloud-based software will be an advantage.
• Good Hindi communication and workable English.
• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented and capable of systematic follow-up.
• Comfortable working from the Darbhanga office and undertaking occasional local client visits when required.
• Candidates with a combination of computer proficiency, communication skills and client-handling ability will be preferred.
