IT and System Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Systems and IT Manager to oversee our ERP systems and overall IT operations. The role will be responsible for managing and improving our business systems, particularly Odoo ERP and Oracle NetSuite, while ensuring reliable IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, user support, and effective technology management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve Odoo ERP and Oracle NetSuite.
• Lead and coordinate ERP implementation, configuration, data migration, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Work with department heads and process owners to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Evaluate whether requirements can be addressed through standard ERP functionality, configuration, integration, or customization.
• Manage ERP workflows, user access, permissions, master data, reports, and system controls.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, software, connectivity, backups, and cybersecurity.
• Ensure proper IT security, user access controls, and data protection measures.
• Manage IT support and ensure timely resolution of system and technical issues.
• Lead IT and ERP-related projects and coordinate with external consultants and service providers.
• Manage IT assets, software licenses, subscriptions, and technology vendors.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT, ERP systems, systems administration, or ERP implementation.
• Supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge or implementation experience in Odoo ERP is highly preferred.
• Experience or working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is an advantage.
• Good understanding of business processes such as Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Accounting, Finance, and Service.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, backup, and access management.
• Experience in ERP implementation, data migration, UAT, system integration, and vendor management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, leadership, and communication skills.
