Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT & Systems Coordinator to manage and coordinate our company's digital systems, websites, online platforms, applications, and technical operations.

The candidate should have a strong IT background along with a basic understanding of Digital Marketing and online campaign systems.

The role involves supporting multiple business divisions and ensuring the smooth functioning of our digital infrastructure.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite & Digital Platform Management

• Coordinate and monitor company websites and digital platforms.
• Support the management and smooth functioning of the ILMEAZY App.
• Monitor website and application functionality.
• Coordinate website updates and technical improvements.
• Manage landing pages, contact forms, and online integrations.
• Coordinate with developers and external technical service providers.

IT Systems & Technical Support

• Troubleshoot basic technical and system-related issues.
• Support employees with IT and software-related requirements.
• Manage business email accounts and digital tools.
• Coordinate software, systems, and technical requirements.
• Maintain user access and permissions.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and developers when required.

Lead & CRM Management

• Monitor lead forms and lead collection systems.
• Ensure smooth lead flow from websites and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate CRM and lead management systems.
• Identify and report technical issues affecting lead generation.
• Ensure leads are properly received and recorded.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Support

• Provide technical support for digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate landing pages and campaign integrations.
• Support Meta Ads and other online campaign activities.
• Assist with Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
• Monitor campaign lead flow and tracking.
• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team.

Domain, Hosting & Digital Assets

• Monitor domains and hosting services.
• Coordinate SSL certificates and website security.
• Maintain records of company digital accounts and assets.
• Ensure proper access management for company systems.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare technical and system reports.
• Maintain records of technical issues and resolutions.
• Coordinate with management, marketing teams, developers, and external vendors.
• Report important technical issues and requirements to management.

Required Qualification

• B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge and relevant experience will be considered an advantage.
