IT Application & Development Supervisor

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of company applications and systems.
• Lead and supervise the Application & Development team in delivering aligned with business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, system architecture, and development plans.
• Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and system design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ensure application security, coding standards, system quality, and performance are maintained throughout the development process.
• Review and approve system design, source code, integrations, and technical solutions.
• Coordinate with business users and other IT functions to ensure successful system development, integration, and implementation.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancement, automation, digitalization, and process improvement.
• Manage development priorities, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed effectively and on schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Proven professional experience as an Application Developer, Fullstack Developer, or Software Engineer, with experience leading or supervising a development team.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with experience in Next.js, React, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code.
• Experience with Git, relational databases such as MySQL, RESTful APIs, and system integration.
• Good understanding of SDLC, software testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of application security and secure coding practices, including OWASP Top 10, authentication, authorization, and access control.
• Experience in code review and application security review.
• Ability to lead and supervise the development team, including work planning, task allocation, progress monitoring, and quality control.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in developing ERP, HRIS, procurement system, inventory, or other business applications is preferred.
