Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organizations vision and objectives in the healthcare domain
• Lead IT initiatives to improve healthcare software development and deployment
• Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team
• Lead the implementation of healthcare information systems and applications
• Oversee IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, databases, and data security
• Collaborate with external vendors and stakeholders for software development and IT services

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in IT Management, with at least 5 years in Healthcare IT
• Proven experience in leading IT projects and teams in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in healthcare software solutions, hospital information systems (HIS), and electronic medical records (EMR)
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
• Preferred Skills: Knowledge of ICD-10/ICD-11 coding standards and healthcare regulations
• Experience with software development life cycles (SDLC) and DevOps practices is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
