Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 Application Production Support for critical risk applications.
• Monitor production systems and ensure timely availability of risk data and reports.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve functional, technical and data-related issues.
• Perform data integrity checks and ensure data quality within risk systems.
• Support risk metrics including VaR, Stress VaR, IRC, CRM, CVA, Risk Sensitivities, Greeks, Limits and Exposure.
• Monitor and support daily risk calculations, stress testing, back-testing and model calibration activities.
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes and coordinate with technical/business teams for resolution.
• Work with global stakeholders and provide timely communication on incidents and service requests.
• Prepare KPI, operational and management reports.
• Maintain documentation, processes and production support procedures.
• Follow ITIL/ITSM, SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Ensure agreed service levels and operational KPIs are consistently achieved.

Mandatory Skills

• 2-5 years of strong Application/Production Support experience
• Experience in Investment Banking / Capital Markets
• Knowledge of Market Risk, Credit Risk or Counterparty Risk
• Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux
• Shell scripting
• Strong SQL knowledge; Sybase preferred
• Production monitoring and troubleshooting experience
• Experience with Geneos / Dynatrace / ITSM tools
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
