IT Application Project Specialist

Overview

Our client is a well-established organisation undergoing significant digital transformation and is seeking an experienced IT Application Project Specialist to support the delivery of critical enterprise application projects. This role will focus on project implementation, vendor coordination, business analysis, application support, and stakeholder management across multiple business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Manage application implementation projects and coordinate vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support enterprise applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system performance and stability.
• Prepare project documentation, user guides, training materials, and management reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive system enhancements, integrations, governance, and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• 3-5+ years of experience in application implementation, project delivery, business analysis, or application support.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, SuccessFactors, ERP, CRM, or related business applications.
• Proven experience managing external vendors, project deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
