What they need
Deliver comprehensive support for the utilization of the Hospital Information System and hospital applications, with an emphasis on timeliness and operational efficiency.
Provide second tier operational and technical support to the users to ensure that its working properly and maximize business benefits of software.
Interface directly with end-user to understand their needs, business process, and workflow.
Coordinate programmer team and end-user in term of software’s performance, also provides status and/or recommendations for improvement.
Configure the software to meet user requirements.
Operations Time: 5 Days work , 2 Days off
Location: Onsite 100% Bangkok Hospital (ระยอง, ปลวกแดง, ศรีระยอง)
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
- Solid understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Strong SQL Command, problem solving, Analytical skill, Communication and Application efficiency.
- Possess service minded and problem solving skills.
- Experience of Manage data and Power BI will be the advantage.
