IT Application Shift Support

· Entry Level Support for manufacturing applications

· To provide troubleshooting (reading code/logs file/ databases) to resolve incident/issue

· To follow up, resolve and close all backlog cases/ incidents

· SLA Response time within 30 minutes upon retrieval of incident/cases

· Knowledge Management (retention, processes & procedure documentation)

· Supporting Hours: 8am to 8pm / 8pm to 8am support on rotating basis

· To support both local and China region

· Daily meeting before end work with teammate to do handover daily support and senior to eliminate the outstanding incidents about the root cause and resolution

Job Requirements:

· Knowledge in C#, Python, Java, MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft applications

· Minimum Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

· Ability to work with a team and a good team player

· Excellent analytical and problems solving skills

· Highly self-motivated and directed

· Able to work on monthly rotation day/night shift pattern with 4 3 4 3 work days support

· Fresh graduate or just finished IT Intern in software, AI or developer field are encouraged to apply
