IT Application Specialist

• To implement application configuration and management activities.
• To coordinate the application development lifecycle with providers.
• To support applications and users in daily operations.
• To troubleshoot for application problems, deficiencies and manage incidents as the first line.
• To manage release and daily changes regarding to bank’s applications.
• To organize and support UAT.
• To follow the business requests and follow the projects.
• To configure application runtime environment.
• To implement temporary tasks related to application including data extraction, statistics and reporting etc.

Desired Skills & Experience

• University degree of Computer Science or Information System Management.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in banking application management is must.
• Strong analytical skills to assess situations, their impact and options for resolution quickly.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced level of spoken and written English
• Familiarity with InterVision platform is an asset.
• Good understanding of IT Operations policy, processes, procedures and systems deployed.
• Being a problem solver and strong team player
