IT Asisstant

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting computers, printers, networks, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software concerns.
• Install, configure, and update computer programs and applications.
• Monitor basic network and system performance.
• Assist in setting up computers, user accounts, email, and other IT resources.
• Perform regular IT equipment maintenance and inventory.
• Troubleshoot common connectivity, hardware, and software issues.
• Assist with data backup, file management, and basic IT security procedures.
• Coordinate with IT personnel or service providers for major technical issues.
• Perform other IT-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related course.
• With basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and common computer applications.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in an IT support role is an advantage.
