IT Asset Admin (Entry Level - No experience Required)

Responsibilities:

• Perform Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily IT and office operations through administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update IT asset records, including laptops, mobile phones, servers and network devices.
  • Manage hardware asset tagging using RFID tags.
  • Maintain the IT asset management database.
  • Use Microsoft Excel to maintain, update and manage IT asset records and data.
  • Provide basic IT support for hardware, software and network issues.
  • Handle general enquiries and administrative duties.
  • Support company events when required.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience maintaining and updating asset records using Excel.
• Able to manage and organize large amounts of asset data.
• Good administrative and documentation skills.
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge for hardware, software and network issues.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in healthcare environment
• Comfortable take MMR & TDAP Vaccine  (Claimable)
