IT Asset Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
• Coordinate with vendors for asset disposal and recycling processes.
• Prepare reports on asset inventory, usage, and maintenance schedules using advanced Excel skills (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT asset management.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in an IT environment or similar field.
• Advanced Excel skills (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP) for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of pivot tables for summarizing large datasets.
• Familiarity with IT asset management tools and processes.
