Requirement:

• The IT Business Office/Asset Analyst is responsible for supporting financial and operational administrative processes within the IT Tech Ops tower. This role supports accurate budget administration, invoice processing, procurement, analysis and reporting to enable efficient IT operations and strategic decision-making. This position is critical for maintaining financial integrity and operational efficiency within IT. It bridges technical teams and finance, ensuring on-time invoice submissions and alignment to financial forecast to actuals.
• IT asset procurement (hardware and software license). Reporting with ServiceNow, SAP, Ariba, Excel.
• Analyzing the number of devices in a region, current supplier spend, comparing spend to forecasts, prepping data for RFPs.

Must Have

• Strong Business Administration experience related to Business Financials in conjunction with IT Asset Procurement and Management.
• Strong experience with statistical/data analysis, including the ability to conduct independent research related to procurement through purchasing, invoice processing, accrual thresholds, pre-paid amortization, forecast vs actuals, etc.
• Experience working with Procurement / Asset Management Software
